‘Warm-edge’ technology for maximum insulation
All glass units in our windows use ‘warm-edge’ technology, which gives the overall window a U-value (a measurement of heat loss or gain) far below the UK requirements and, in the right conditions, can help the owner to save money on heating bills.
Guaranted quality
All our windows have a lifetime expectancy of 30 years, according to British Standard BS8417.
They come with a 10-year guarantee, covering the timber against decay . This also covers glazing failure, manufacturing defects, and failure of the metal fittings and the paint finish provided by the factory. Stained factory-finished products are guaranteed for six years.
Glass, for maximum insulation
All the windows that we supply are factory-mounted with double-glazed low-E glass units to prevent unnecessary heat loss from your building.
All our glass doors are fitted with safety glass as standard, and windows are supplied this way upon request.
When non-transparent glass is needed for privacy (e.g. in a bathroom), obscuring patterns are available (see options here) The pattern is within the glass, with the surface remaining smooth, so that cleaning is easy.
