Fellowes Plain, Norwich, Norfolk
The Pavilion Building is set to be a landmark building on the edge of Norwich’s City Centre offering a diverse selection of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Situated within the grounds of the historic Fellowes Plain development it sits alongside the redeveloped iconic building which was once the Norwich and Norfolk Hospital.
We worked closely with the architects and developers to provide Opti-Com Timber/Aluminium Clad Timber Windows and Doors.

A modern self build development comprised of a 2 storey house in a rural setting south of Norwich with large expanses of window walls and patio doors alongside individual windows designed to form attractive features on the ground floor.
We worked closely with the architects and developer to provide factory finished Opti-Wood Timber Windows and Doors throughout.

From consultation to installation
We will help you find the right doors and windows, including the finish, to suit your project and your prospective customers. We will visit your site, measure the doorways and/or window frames, and arrange the construction of your doors and matching frames, or windows. Your products will then be made to your specifications – and delivered completely finished. Specially trained craftsmen will install your Merisier-Hamilton products. The cost of installation is included in the price you agreed at the time of your order.
